Industrial digital twins

Know before it breaks.

Nodal Dynamics connects to your machines, watches how they behave, warns before a failure and turns the warning into a work order and a spare part ordered in time.

About us

Nodal Dynamics is a product of Renvar Inc. We build a single platform for the maintenance department of a plant: the live model of the equipment, its sensors, the alerts, the work orders and the spare parts — in one place, with every number traceable to the data it came from.

We are early: there is no long list of customer logos to show you yet. What we show instead is evidence you can check — test results, the product itself and a pilot on your own machines.

What we do

  1. 01

    Connect

Reads what your PLCs, drives and SCADA already measure (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT and more) and adds sensors only where data is missing.

  2. 02

    See

Each machine, line and site gets a live status. A line turns red if one machine does. A 3D view and a plant map show where.

  3. 03

    Predict

Trends in vibration, temperature and current are projected forward to estimate when a limit will be crossed — with the confidence of that estimate shown.

  4. 04

    Act

A warning becomes a work order with a checklist, the right person is notified on the phone, and the part is recommended to be ordered before the failure, given the supplier’s lead time.

See it on a plant floor

Point at a machine to see what the platform watches on it and what a warning looks like.

Centrifugal pump
What we watch
  • Bearing vibration
  • Bearing temperature
  • Motor current
  • Discharge pressure
What you would see

Bearing vibration has been creeping up for three weeks. At this pace it reaches the alarm limit in about nine days. A work order with a checklist is created, and the bearing is recommended to be ordered now: the supplier needs five days.

Why it pays to connect

General reasons why connecting makes sense for a plant. What it is worth for your plant is something the pilot measures.

Sustainability reporting is becoming a requirement

Rules such as the CSRD and the Energy Efficiency Directive push plants, and through supply chains their smaller suppliers, to measure energy use and emissions. The platform shows the change in energy and CO₂ per machine and line, so the evidence comes from measurements instead of yearly estimates. It supports your reporting; it is not a certification.

Cyber and data rules reach manufacturers too

NIS2 widens security duties to many industrial companies. Role-based access per site, an audit log of every change and GDPR export and deletion are built in. We have no third-party certification yet; the practices are designed to be audit-ready.

Your data stays where you decide

Run it on your own server or in the cloud region you choose. There is no mandatory dependency on one cloud provider, and nothing leaves your network unless you configure it to.

Know-how stays when people leave

Skilled maintenance staff are scarce and many are close to retirement. A warning arrives as a work order with a checklist, so a less experienced technician can follow the right steps, and the history stays in the system.

Spare parts without panic buying

Uncertain lead times make a surprise failure expensive. The platform recommends when to order a part, taking the supplier’s lead time into account, so repairs are planned instead of rushed.

It fits what you already run

It connects to your PLCs and SCADA over standard protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT) and exchanges work orders with SAP PM or IBM Maximo. No rip-and-replace: a pilot starts on three to five machines.

What an unplanned stop costs you

Unplanned stops cost per year–
Avoided cost per year at that reduction–

If you connect: what it costs and when it pays back

Three years without connecting
Three years with it (pilot + subscription + remaining stops)
Net gain over three years–
Payback–

Your own numbers: the values shown are placeholders, and the reduction is an assumption you choose, not a promise. A pilot measures the real figure on your machines.

Ways to work together and indicative prices

Ranges, not a final offer: the price is confirmed in a written quote after the technical assessment form.

Pilot

€8,000–15,000
one-time

Five to seven weeks on three to five of your critical machines, a day of integration on site, and a report on the effect, with success criteria agreed before we start.

Starter

€1,500–2,500
per month

One site, up to 500 sensors, all protocols, support by email.

Plant

€4,000–8,000
per month

Up to 5,000 sensors, historians, the AI assistant, simulation, the mobile field app, a service-level agreement.

Enterprise

from €12,000
per month, or from €120,000 per year

Several sites, single sign-on, evidence packs, on-premise Kubernetes, a dedicated engineer.

Services

€800–1,200
per day

Integration, plant modelling, training.

For whom

Small and mid-sized plants with rotating and thermal equipment — pumps, compressors, motors, conveyors, ovens — where one stopped machine stops a line.

Heads of maintenance

Fewer surprises, a clear list of what to check and what to order.

Plant management

Downtime, OEE and the cost of maintenance in one view, measured, not estimated.

IT and automation

Runs in the cloud or on your own server, connects to SAP PM, IBM Maximo and 1C.

What you can check

We do not have public customer references yet. Here is what we can show and you can verify.

0 errors

in a load test at about 550 sensor writes per second on a single worker, with every live update delivered to 30 connected clients. Development hardware, not a production SLA.

790+

automated tests run against the platform, including real protocol servers (OPC UA, Modbus, SNMP, BACnet) rather than mocks.

Live demo

A demo plant with real ingested history: alerts, predictions and work orders are computed by the platform, not scripted.

Pilot

Five to seven weeks on three to five of your critical machines, with success criteria agreed before we start.

Where we work

The highlighted regions are where we are ready to run pilots today, on site or remotely with a local electrician. The platform speaks English, French, German and Russian.

Questions and answers

What is Nodal Dynamics?

Nodal Dynamics is a platform of industrial digital twins for maintenance teams, made by Renvar Inc. It connects to a plant’s machines, watches how they behave, warns before a failure and turns the warning into a work order and a spare part ordered in time.

Which equipment and protocols does it connect to?

It reads what your PLCs, drives and SCADA already measure over OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, SNMP, BACnet, EtherNet/IP and Sparkplug, and sensors are added only where data is missing. It suits rotating and thermal equipment such as pumps, compressors, motors, conveyors and ovens.

How does a pilot work and how long does it take?

A pilot takes five to seven weeks on three to five of your critical machines: a short technical assessment, a day of integration on site, sensors where they matter, about two weeks of baseline, then alerts, work orders and parts. The success criteria are agreed before it starts.

How much does it cost?

Indicative ranges: a pilot €8,000–15,000 one-time, Starter €1,500–2,500 per month, Plant €4,000–8,000 per month, Enterprise from €12,000 per month, services €800–1,200 per day. The price is confirmed in a written quote after the technical assessment form.

Can it run on our own server, and where does our data stay?

Yes. It can run on your own server or in a cloud region you choose, with Docker Compose or Kubernetes. There is no mandatory dependency on one cloud provider, and nothing leaves your network unless you configure it to.

Does it replace SAP PM, IBM Maximo or 1C?

No. It works next to them: it exchanges work orders with SAP PM and IBM Maximo, and it can export purchase orders to 1C:Enterprise.

Can we try it first?

Yes. You can create an account and explore the platform with a demo plant, or start with a pilot on your own machines.

How is security handled, and are you certified?

Access is role-based per site, every change goes into a tamper-evident audit log, two-factor authentication is available, and data export and account deletion are built in. We do not have a third-party certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 yet; the practices are designed to be audit-ready.

Which languages does the platform speak?

The platform interface is available in English, French, German and Russian.

Who are your customers?

We are early and have no public customer references yet. Instead we show evidence you can check: a load test with zero errors at about 550 sensor writes per second on a single worker (development hardware, not a production guarantee), more than 790 automated tests including real protocol servers, a live demo and a pilot on your machines.
